Participant/Family Information
Tour payments can be made by using a credit/debit card. Please utilize your personal EvolvArts portal/account for online payments.
Tour payments can be made by personal/cashier's check. Please use the link provided, print the email confirmation, and mail it with a check to the address provided.
Tour payments are not collected or accepted at rehearsals, concerts, or events. Checks must be mailed.
All tour information will be sent via email to participating members and parents/guardians.
Copies of all emails will also be available in the "Tour Communication File."
This file will also contain updates, itineraries, required forms, and other pertinent tour documents and information.
